Holiday Crochet Amigurumi Rabbit Readers Choice
What types of clothes would you like to see on this holiday crochet amigurumi rabbit? What readers of this blog want is important to me. That is why I am inviting you to contribute to the design process for bunny’s wardrobe. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and provide suggestions. Plus, you could help spread goodwill.
What inspired me?
The possibility to spread goodwill inspired me to do this. The holiday season represents the opportunity to reconnect with people and the best version of ourselves. I created this holiday crochet amigurumi rabbit pattern that you can use for your own personal use. (I will share it in a future post.) The yarn I use is Vanna’s Choice. Why? Because a portion of the proceeds goes to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. There are two benefits to making this rabbit using Vanna’s Choice yarn. The first benefit is to show a child you care. The second benefit is that you will be helping to care for sick children.
About the wardrobe
Today, I am thinking that the wardrobe will feature clothing associated with the holiday season. One example is a holiday related costume, like the one shown in the image that says Happy Thanksgiving. Another example is clothing related to something one might do during the holiday season—like going to see the Rockets at Radio City Music Hall or going to see the Nutcracker Sweet.
How would you contribute to the design process?
The first way is you could share your holiday traditions. Is there something that you associate with the holidays that could be captured in clothing? If watching football is part of your holiday tradition, then you might suggest that bunny needs a football jersey or a cheerleader outfit.
The second way you can contribute is to help make some design decisions. If I had posted the Happy Thanksgiving 
image, then your design input would have been requested on the following:
- Does she need moccasins?
- Should I add a design motif to her dress?
- If yes to number two, then what would you suggest–colors or motifs?
- How should I finish off her braids?
