Instructions
- On front of card base stamp balloons in magenta, light blue and fresh green. Fill in balloon using blender pens. Stamp fireworks in magenta, light blue and yellow green.
- Ink up Happy “Bird”-Day Chicks stamp with VersaMark Watermark Stamp Pad, stamp on piece of glossy white cardstock 4 ¼” X 2 ½” and emboss in black. Stamp three balloons, the same way as the chicks, on a piece of scrap paper and cut out. Use the markers to color in image as follows: beaks and candle flames chrome yellow, bodies baby yellow, cupcakes chrome orange, frosting on cupcakes pink rose, princess hats rhodamine red and pompoms chartreuse. Use the metallic pens to color in image as follows: pompom hat bases emerald green, scarves on princess hats and one balloon pink, one balloon blue, presents gold, confetti dots sliver and balloon cutout one in pink, green and blue.
- Cut a 2 ¾” X 4 ¼” rectangle from glossy white cardstock. Then cut out a 1 ¾” X 3 ¾” rectangle. Cut a piece of clear plastic sheeting slightly smaller than the outside dimensions of the frame and attach.
- Frame the image of the chicks with foam tape. Make sure that the tape won’t show through when the window is covering it. Note: It is important that the foam tape frame is solid so the confetti won’t come out of the card when shaken. Fill base with some confetti. Tape window to chicks piece. Attach shaker window to card base . Attach balloon cutouts to frame.
