Textured Butterfly Card Inspiration
Texture is one of the 2011 craft trends. This card project is one way to incorporate the trend into your paper craft projects. You might think to create the look of this textured butterfly card that you would have to work 100% with 3-D materials. That is not the case for this textured butterfly card. Textured elements were incorporated in three different ways. First, the background base of the card got its texture from a stamp. Second, the next layer got its sense of texture by creating a sense of depth by using two stamps. Third, the third layer got its texture from the traditional way by using an embossed die cut.
