Insight into Inspiration
Today’s second tip regarding design is to design when you feel inspired. Getting new supplies tends to inspire me. However, there are times when new supplies just results in a lot of ugly and frustration. When this happens, I seek out the works of others who have used the materials I just bought. I’ve found that I can learn from work that I like and the work I don’t like. Both circumstances require that I figure out why. I use this technique on my own work.
